If you receive a defective or damaged item, please notify our customer care department within 3 days of delivery. 7-Day Exchange Window

You have 7 days from receipt to request an exchange for eligible items. To qualify, items must be unworn, unused, with tags intact, and in their original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase.

Exchanges Process

To initiate an exchange, contact us via WhatsApp at 03207097 / 81609790. If your exchange is due to a defective or damaged item, no additional fee will be charged. For exchanges due to customer request, there is a $3 additional delivery charge.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if items are defective, damaged, or incorrect to arrange for a replacement.

Non-Exchangeable Items

Certain items cannot be exchanged, including perishable goods, custom orders, and personal care items. Please contact us with any questions regarding specific products.
